Your donation helps reduce the strain on the environment because instead of throwing them away they can end up with new owners. Many of us have shoes in abundance (some that we don't ever wear). Soles4Souls helps create self-sustaining jobs that generate desperately needed revenues throughout communities like Haiti. People with Medicare can learn about Part D and find out how to reduce their own costs at a presentation about comparing drug plans for 2015. Audience members are invited to ask questions. The event is open to people with Medicare, their caregivers, and health care professionals. The presentation will be given by Caryn Long from the Nebraska Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP). SHIIP, part of a national network funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, offers unbiased counseling and information about Medicare and related health insurance. SHIIP does not sell or promote any insurance products.

Potter Duckpin Bowling Alley

Details: You can rent the alley at $50 for a 4 hour period.  Morning, afternoon, or evening timeslots.  There is even black light bowling available.
      "Duckpin bowling was invented in 1900 in Baltimore, MD. The name comes from the resemblance of the wildly-flying little pins to a flock of flying ducks”
      This is a project that has been going on for many years and has come together through the help of many volunteers, and organizations both civil and school . All the funds raised from renting the space are used in the restoration and maintenance of the bowling alley, bathrooms, and adjoining party room. It is owned by the Potter Historical Foundation.
